Six Accelerator is a weekly practice for experienced nonprofit leaders to see more of the organizations they're already shaping.
Four sessions at no cost
The organization you think you're leading and the organization you're actually shaping aren't always the same.
Leading keeps you close to the decisions, people and work of the organization. That proximity gives you knowledge no one else has.
Examination turns your attention toward what else may be taking shape: a pattern you hadn't connected, an effect you hadn't intended, an assumption no one has questioned, something familiar that looks different in the context of what's happening now.
You already know your organization. Examination gives you another way to see it.

I spent seventeen years running a nonprofit. I would have loved a place I could return to each week. Not to be taught how to lead. Not because something was wrong. Just a regular place to examine the organization with other experienced leaders.

There’s no obligation to continue and no automatic enrollment. Membership is $250 per month or $2,400 per year.

No. Six Accelerator is intentionally drop-in friendly. Each weekly session stands on its own, so if you miss a week, you haven't fallen behind. Come when you can. The practice is there when you can use it. Six Accelerator is designed around the reality that nonprofit leaders have unpredictable schedules.

You'll receive a recap with the key ideas, tools and takeaways from the conversation. Sessions themselves are not recorded so the room can remain candid and confidential.

Most members are employees who manage other employees, participate in senior-level strategy and have responsibility for decisions that shape the organization as a whole.
