I built the room I once needed.
I spent seventeen years as a nonprofit CEO hungry for real tools and strategies I could actually use to build a sustainable organization. Not theory. Not trainings. Not endless consulting engagements that couldn't speak to the realities and complexity of nonprofit fundraising and board dynamics.
What I eventually discovered is that I needed a consistent space for deeper examination that could lead to clarity, new systems and the kind of momentum that could be sustainable.
That combination didn't exist at a price that made sense. And now it does. And it’s thoughtful, candid, practical, and a pretty enjoyable room to be in.
