I built the room
I needed.
I spent seventeen years as a nonprofit CEO hungry for real tools and strategies I could actually use to build a sustainable organization. Not theory. Not endless consulting engagements. Not a $17,000 annual membership that still couldn't speak to the realities and complexity of nonprofit fundraising and board dynamics.
What I eventually discovered is that I needed a consistent space for deeper examination that could lead to clarity, new systems and the kind of momentum that could be sustainable.
