Making an impact should be sustainable.

Six Accelerator brings together CEO’s and senior leaders to actively examine themselves and their organizations so they can build nonprofits that operate at full power.

Even strong leaders
get stuck inside
complex organizations.

Most nonprofit leaders are carrying extraordinary responsibility inside systems that rarely slow down long enough to be examined clearly.

Sometimes the problem is not capability. It is complexity.

  • Too much depending on too few people.

  • Teams moving quickly but not together.

  • Organizations struggling to breathe under the weight of complexity.

Organizations change when leaders examine patterns
instead of only reacting to problems.

Inside Six Accelerator, leaders practice active examination across the systems that shape organizational health and sustainability.

Examination creates clarity.
Clarity creates alignment.
Alignment creates momentum.

Healthy organizations are rarely built through constant urgency.

They are built through leaders who can slow down long enough to examine clearly.

Over time, that examination creates clearer thinking, stronger alignment, shared ownership, needed systems, and sustainable momentum.

Simple structure. Significant depth.

Serious leadership development designed for the realities of nonprofit leadership.

I built the room
I once needed.

I spent seventeen years as a nonprofit CEO hungry for real tools and strategies I could actually use to build a sustainable organization. Not theory. Not endless consulting engagements. Not a $17,000 annual membership that still couldn't speak to the realities of nonprofit fundraising and board dynamics.

What I eventually discovered is that I needed a consistent space for deeper examination that could lead to clarity, new systems and the kind of momentum that could be sustainable.

That combination didn't exist at a price that made sense. And now it does.
