I built the room

I spent seventeen years as a nonprofit CEO hungry for real tools and strategies I could actually use to build a sustainable organization. Not theory. Not endless consulting engagements. Not a $17,000 annual membership that still couldn't speak to the realities of nonprofit fundraising and board dynamics.
