When Julia Cuba Lewis was a CEO, she was explaining to someone how she thought about leading from the CEO seat and at that moment she coined “The CEO Six” concept - six priorities for a CEO to keep in focus. They are 1) purpose, 2) culture, 3) data, 4) senior team, 5) board, and 6) CEO growth. CEO’s and senior leaders can often lose focus and get dragged into the daily fires. Focusing on the CEO Six allows them to prioritize the elements of their organization which will aid health, growth and sustainability. Six Accelerator is a group which helps group members master The CEO Six.
-
In the group, we explore the skills and tools to
Take control of your organization’s financial health,
Shape an environment where people feel valued,

Build a resilient, high-performing team,
Grow your leadership self-awareness,
and much more.

Sessions will have a mix of ways we learn together including live coaching conversations with members about current challenges, training on real tools used in the field, exploration of ethical dilemmas, case study analysis and breakout rooms for peer discussions. Every session has a theme blue print sent in advance and session highlights sent after.
-
No problem. You’ll receive a short recap of the session with key insights and reflection prompts. The program is designed for drop-in flexibility.
-
Absolutely. Six Accelerator is an interactive space. You’ll have chances to contribute, reflect, and engage in ways that feel authentic for you.
-
If you have a burning topic to discuss, reach out and let us know at julia@cubalewis.com. If the topic has been covered in a past session, we will send you the pre-session blueprint and post session key insights along with the related tools. In addition, most topics are ongoing. They resurface organically in groups and are discussed again from new perspectives and experiences.

We believe growth happens when people feel safe, seen, and respected. This space is intentionally designed to foster honest reflection, courageous conversation, and meaningful connection. To protect that, we ask that every participant agree to the following expectations:
If at any point you feel unsafe, disrespected, or concerned about someone’s behavior, please let your facilitator know privately. You do not need to explain yourself in the moment, justify your feelings, or address the concern directly with the other participant. It is our job to hold the space and ensure your experience is emotionally safe. You have our full commitment to responding with care, discretion, and urgency.
We expect every participant to:
Show up with respect, humility, and curiosity.
Speak from personal experience and avoid making assumptions about others.
Practice confidentiality - what’s shared in the group stays in the group.
Refrain from interrupting, dominating airtime, or offering unsolicited advice.
Honor boundaries - yours and others’.
We are human - and sometimes conflict, miscommunication, or discomfort arises. When it does, we will:
Pause and acknowledge it.
Address it privately or collectively in a way that promotes growth and learning, not blame.
Center the needs of those most impacted.
We are committed to your growth and safety. If you ever feel like something needs to shift - whether in the group dynamic or in how we show up - we want to hear it.

$150/month or $100/month if you pay annually. That includes weekly sessions, recap summaries, and access to live group coaching. Is this price still out of reach? Invite a board member to purchase you a gift card found in the store.
The nonprofit world is experiencing unprecedented challenges today and cost should not be a barrier to serving communities in need.
-
Yes! The group is open and ongoing. It’s built to provide maximum flexibility to members. You can join when you're ready and stay as long as it’s serving you.
-
You can cancel at any time - just log into the account you created when you started your membership at www.juliacubalewis.com before your next billing cycle and cancel it.

It is an honor to be able to provide Six Accelerator monthly and annual memberships at such a low price.
While the Six Accelerator monthly ($150/month) membership can be stopped at any time, refunds are not provided for unused time, missed sessions or gift cards.
The Six Accelerator annual ($1200/year) membership option is ideal for members who plan to stay for the full year and want to take advantage of our deeply discounted annual rate. Because this rate is already significantly reduced, we’re unable to offer refunds if a member chooses to leave the group before the year is up.
To stop your monthly or annual membership, simply log into your account before the next billing cycle at www.juliacubalewis.com and cancel your subscription. We will miss having you as a part of our community and hope you will come back as soon as you are able. -
Six Accelerator isn’t just a coaching group or just a training. It’s both - in Six Accelerator sessions you can expect to receive some guided content mixed with real-time expert coaching and peer support about issues affecting members.
-
You’re encouraged to, but never required. We believe you know what is best for you.
-
Yes. Many people do. Your real-life leadership moments make the best learning material.
-
You need access to a computer, wifi and an hour a week of your time. You may want to have something to take notes with since the goal is for you to have aha’s you won’t want to forget.
-
We will not ask you to complete homework in order to enjoy membership in Six Accelerator, although we hope you are moved to engage by practicing new concepts in the field and then sharing out about your learning during sessions.
