Six Accelerator was created by Julia Cuba Lewis, a transformational leadership coach, consultant, former nonprofit CEO, and professor with more than 17 years of executive leadership experience.

Julia has worked alongside nonprofit leaders across the country to strengthen leadership teams, improve decision-making, increase organizational clarity, and build healthier, more sustainable organizations.

Her work is grounded in real leadership experience, not abstract theory.
